Extraordinary claims require ordinary thoughts, but lots of them. As the time moves forward, an excessive buildup starts to control your body. Then one day, you wake up and realized you cannot conceal anymore.
This is pretty similar to death, one can say. First, you need to accept the DMT-wise theory of death. That is, no matter what happens, you never die - you’re under the influence a DMT which slows the time down for you, like the Zeno’s Dichtonomy Paradox. So while external observers see you dying, you’re always in a never ending interval of [t, t + ε]. Revisiting every split second, millisecond, nanosecond of your life. Again, and again, and again. With some background music, possibly some shoegaze type.
Alone and unaware, as if the landscape was transforming in front of your eyes …
We’re all going to experience this notion, but I really do wonder what will it truly look like. Will I be able to realize? There’s a certain line in which it starts to repeat, but does it reset the part of your memory that keeps track of where you came from? How nested, how further can we go? I’d say only one layer, but the choice is yours.
So yeah, while you’re in *that* moment pretty much alive and dancing among the shapes, they will see it as a thing of the past. No one will truly know what you’re going through. They will talk about who you are, what you are, what you’ve done, and how you’re done - all of these while you’re still stuck in that moment.
Just as the moments you’re laying awake in your bed, feeling nothing but nothing, rewatching and replaying every single moment you went through. Remembering every single conversation, idea, risks you had. Simulating what if’s in your life, simulating every action that is not taken.
Is it fair to say it’s the same as death now? Depends on the definition of ’nothing’, it seems. We all live for something that we change over time - whether it’s love, a product, a revenge, or a story. Periodically we change them. In that sense, pursuing an idea that we deem as worthy is what makes this life somewhat plausible. Just think about it. If you’re reading these, most probably you also had your moments somewhere, sometime. In your thoughts maybe you fought with ghosts, and besought your god to show a way to your dreams. So, essentially, the steps combined forms a particular way of living, called destiny.
From that perspective, the flow turns out to be extremely easy. Death is the paradoxical box you will try to espace from, whereas destiny is what you signup for to build your own Pandora’s Box. They may seem to be the same, but they’re more like the Yin and the Yang that makes you eternal. Hell, convert your destiny to be part of your death and you get the most powerful recursion ever existed.
Be careful not to die. Take action, if you can. Move forward, if you can’t. Get out of your time, welcome to the real world again.
I do not have any good ideas to pursue. I also hate recursion. I will continue to conceal.
